Requirements/ Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in Residential Real Estate Trading Services
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good time management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Pleasant, enthusiastic and trustworthy
- Able to work under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Have strong work ethics and desire to be successful
- Flexible working hours
- Knowledge on CRM would be a bonus
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking would be an asset
