Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in Residential Real Estate Trading Services
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good time management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic and trustworthy
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Detail oriented 
  • Have strong work ethics and desire to be successful 
  • Flexible working hours
  • Knowledge on CRM would be a bonus
  • Mandarin and Cantonese speaking would be an asset
